Sarah, Edward, Mehvish and Paige will provide an update in respect of the international movement of children.  This will include an examination of the interplay between the child abduction and asylum regimes.  They will recap on the recent Supreme Court case of G v G and consider the future implications for the field of international children abduction arising as a result of this seminal case. You will be updated on recent key developments in the field of international children law including international child abduction and relocation cases.


Sarah, Edward, Mehvish and Paige will provide practical guidance for practitioners working in this area.  In relation to these issues, they would welcome questions from attendees in advance of this webinar.
