Amanda Eilledge and Cameron Stocks of Hardwicke Chambers will give an update on this year’s big decisions in the world of property and discussing the effect and practical implications to be taken from these cases.

Their update will include recent decisions on

- vacant possession,

- interferences with rights of way,

- rateable valuation of commercial property

- and breach of trust by conveyancing solicitors.
