About our presenter
Timothy is a chancery barrister with a practice in private client and business litigation. Exceptionally for one of his call, he is ranked for Chancery: Commercial work in Chambers and Partners UK Bar 2020, where Timothy is described as an “emerging talent at the Commercial Chancery Bar.
